Ive never had this before and frankly i was unaware that you could get a virus from just opening hotmail (i thought you had to download an exe file from one of the email attachements). Im going to perform a virus scan but i was interested to know if anyone knew what it was that was causing this or if youve had a similar thing happen to you? Oh, and im using Avast antivirus and when it comes up it says under Malware name: VBS:Malware [Script] and under malware type it says: Virus/Worm. If any of that makes a difference. Thanks. :)

Udate your antivirus and scan your coputer in safe mode. After you remove virus, I recommend you use firefox browser. It is safer than IE. It can prevent viruses such as worm,trojan and etc. The newest official edition of firefox can be downloaded from http://www.mollzia.com

ME TOO.................Last night %26 i also have Avast antiviris.
But this morning i tried it and it was okay?????????
Crazy right? It must be Avast....
I'm having exactly the same problem %26 I'm using Avast as well - in fact I just posted a question about it too! I'll let you know if I get any answers. :-)
