My search toolbar has been infected with spyware!?

the search toolbar that comes in the top right corner of IE and firefox has been infected, whenever i search anything, it returns results with 'sex', what to do? i just recovered my computer from a spyware infection by using superantispyware and avast, i scanned my computer thoroughly this afternoon, the harmful folder was removed in the previous scan, i also deleted firefox and all temp internet folders, and re-installed it from a new setup file that i downloaded, still the problem wont go away, whenever the results returning 'sex' appear, the address always says something like searchwonders or something, i tried to block these sites but it doesnt help

Try running the security scans again in Safe Mode. To get into Safe Mode, reboot and then either hold down or tap the F8 key repeatedly while the computer is starting up.

If you cannot get it removed after the above, you may want to join a tech group that specializes in providing manual instructions on malware eradication.
