I got a virus I think so, everytime I try to open website it tells me it can't be open so I hav

like three times for opening the website I dont know why, I got avast as antivirus.. it detected but it didnt delete, it telling me the file was using for another, so I restore my system one day before the infection I think it didnt work.. so I did spy and bot I reboot in secure mode but still the same.. plz help me, I hope you cna understand my english I dont speak english very well

Well i would suggest you to go to safe mode,

During boot up keep pressing F8 , and select safe mode.

Run your antivirus and this oughta solve the problem.

If by chance it does not,update your Antivirus and make a Virus recovery boot disk(option should be available in your antivirus)

Insert this bootdisk as you boot your system,and it will start checking the system for viruses without the OS loading,hence it can delete whatever file it wants

and you dont need to speak great english to do this.

If by chance there is no option for a boot disk,then i suggest ou get kaspersky and do the same(www.kaspersky.com)
