Virus Help= System Restore?

I have installed many virus programs such as avast and avg but i dont know how to get rid of viruses through that. avg keeps detecting a virus named swizzor i have been on my PC for about 4 hourse now trying to find something to ' get rid or remove' viruses but then all of a sudden though **** COULD SYSTEM RESTORE GET RID OF THAT VIRUS AND CONVERT IT BACK TO NORMAL???????? ***********

i know how you feel i only have one computer and my parents can't afford to buy another.

Well this is what i want you to do. First calm down there i always a way to save your computer it is impossible in my opinion to break a computer unless you spill something on it.

Before you do anything i want you to turn of system restore temporarily.

The reason for this is because viruses can hide themselves in system restore and then reinstall themselves when you restart your computer. When you are finished enable system restore again if you want.
