Despite numerous deletes and re-installs, Yahoo Messenger will not launch other than on the session I have just downloaded it on. Also, I've noticed that Outlook Express takes a very long time to launch too. I've run virus checks via Avast and cleared out worms and spyware etc via Spybot. Still nothing seems to fix this problem. Any ideas anyone?
