Virus help!!!!!?

Hey,

I have a virus on my computer and i do not know what to do.

I have tried the Microsoft one care online help. but it still did not do any thing. I have tried the avast anti-Virus' "delete" "move to chest" and "repair" functions

I have cleaned my computer and nothing happened.

This is the virus' name: Win32:Warezov-CLK [Wrm]

Malware type:Virus/Worm

System: Windows XP professional 2003 model

If possible, use a free online scanner if you are able to. Do a search on google or elsewhere for 'free virus scan'.

For a good, free, non-online scanner, try AVG free, found here:

Get the free one, not the deluxe pay version, as it updates for free as well and has a scanner that runs just like the others. Much better free support than the other companies pay software as well.

Install all the options, and it should clean it out.

All else fails, back up what you can't afford to lose to a CD or DVD, format the entire computer, and reinstall windows, then before putting the back-up back on your system, scan it very well.
