I have super Adblocker and Avast! Professional turned on and somehow internet explorer popups keep getting through. Its not porn popups just some random ones.

try using firefox browser .. run a software firewall .. and run an adware remover like avg or adaware ..

Adblockers and anti-virus software don't stop pop-ups. They should be stopped with settings in your browser preferences or options.
Internet Explorer (I.E.7) and Firefox will stop 99% or more of pop-ups if properly configured.
In Firefox...Tools, Options, Content and make sure the block pop-ups box is checked.
