Dr. Watson Postmortem Debugger?

My computer has been running nearly 20x time slower when I start up. Windows freezes and unfreezes a few times. The first time this happened, my computer shutdown to prevent memory lose. when I start my computer now, the commands take very long. It looks like my computer has crashed, until a windows pops up say Dr. Watson Postmoretom Degguer Data Execution Prevention (or something like that). As soon as I close Dr. Watson Debugger under task manager, my computer goes back to normal speed. When I open my media folder (I created) it pops up the same message. And when I play a game called "Gunbound Revolution", my CPU usage goes to 100%. It used to only got to about 30% before the Watson thingy poped up. I tried virus scans Avast, Spy Sweeper, AntiVir, Spybot, Counter Spy, and I only found small things. What to do next?
