Computer is too slow?

even worse since installing win.ex 7 compliments of yahoo.when I start up my avast security says 6 running.have'nt got anything going but I have 6 running.could this be a part of the problem

follow this:

1. get rid of all scrap files and folders, uninstal all useless programs from control panel

2. go to START----pROGRAM-----ACCESSORIES-----

--SYSTEM TOOLS------DISK CLEANUP-------DEFRAGMENTATION.

(this will take some time, let it be complete)

3. scan ur full system with a good registered antivirus software.

AVAST is good. but for ur problem uninstall it frm control panel and reload it.

follow the whole regime evry fortnight and dont store songs and videos, burn thm in a CD and preserve

remove all programme that u download from net %26 not utilised for u %26 try other nonutilised folder and .exe and game
You need a new computer. Get that Bank loan %26 buy a new pc. Don't be cheap !
If you used the Yahoo link and downloaded IE 7 then that is your problem. Go to the Add/Remove Programs and remove that IE 7. IE 6 will come back automatically since it is part of XP.

Clean your computer.
