Sounds like a virus or a russian piece of software :)
What is the error? Dont click on that .exe. If you have it delete it.
Download ADAWARE and SPYBOT SEARCH AND DESTROY.
Run these in SAFEMODE....

Another thing... use REGISTRY CLEANER... that will stop any software running on startup which are not valid or corrupted.
