Windows explorer error?

i am running a extra internal hard drive for storage and every time i browse that hard time i get windows explorer has encounterd a error and needs to close. How do i fix this i have already scanned the drive with avast virus scan ??

Another forum said this: "It's a trojan (I didnt write the name of it down but I think it was something like "backdoor trojan32") and there is a file in your windows dir that reappears at reboot. You need to use "KillBox" (free) and list this file - C:\windows\q1311165666_disk.dll, mark "delete at reboot" and click exit, reboot system. I did this in less than 5 minutes and its completely gone!!! thank GOD!!!!!"

try to run disk cleaner, or find a way to get in to the windows explorer, you can also download your own windows explorer, but its hard to find the freeware versiobn of it, just yahoo it or google it
If you are running XP - then you can do a system restore. In most cases your web browser has had something link up to it and shut it down. You can go to programs, then accessories to system tools then to system restore. Make sure everything you have done in the last couple days is saved.
I am thinking of two things really and I hope it is the second :
