i already tried to remove or repair the infected files but i think all antivirus are not capable to do so..is there a way to clean or heal the infected files...? is it safe for my system to delete the system volume files? i also tried remove the virus in safe mode but it doesn't work. guys please i need your help i tried everything i know but it didn't!

avast,avg,norton, and pccilin won't work!

Turn off your System restore and re-run your anti virus..

In Windows XP

Go to the MyComputer icon on your desktop and right click on it with your mouse and chose Properties.

Go to the System Restore (tab)

Checkmark "Turn off System Restore"

Click APPLY then OK and then YES

After your system is clean. Turn system restore back on by uncheckmarking the box.
