You can either delete the trojan or move it to vault. Both options will be safe enough. A virus / trojan in the vault is completely harmless, as it stays isolated from your system.

Of course your Avast! and SpyBot are enough to 'deal' with the trojan, as Avast! has already detected it!

I would delete it and run a full system scan.
Delete it now

Scan your Computer again with the following

Recommended Free (Available on Net)

Antivirus AVJ Free Edition (http://free.grisoft.com/doc/5390/us/frt/...

Commodo - Firewall Pro, Anti - Malware, Antivirus, Verification Engine, Anti - Spam, Ivault %26 Backup

Spyware - Spyware Doctor (http://www.tucows.com/preview/365586)
i would delete and then do a windows repair. but back up all of your files first. and use spybot aswell. delete it with avast but also run a search with spybot.
download the antivirus from www.avast.com
