McAfee detected JS Downloader but cannot clean it because it's write protected in an _avast4_ folder. I scanned with Avast and some other Anti spyware programs but it aint detected, help!

I would download AVG Anti-Virus (it's free), update the virus definitions, then run a scan while in Safe Mode
To start in Safe Mode - restart the computer and as it begins to boot up tap the F8 key on your keyboard until you see an alternate menu, one of the options being 'Safe Mode'
Then I would run a full system scan and let AVG remove anything it finds.
It couldn't hurt in install SpyBot Search %26 Destroy and AdAware (two free anti-spyware programs) while in Safe Mode as well.

After all the malware is removed I would uninstall any other anti-virus software and keep AVG but that is a personal opinion.
