The imposible scheduled task with avast4.7 home?

Hi my learned friends,

Has anyone been lucky enough or clever enough to find a way around making avast perform a scheduled task in win xp.

Found one suggestion and topic on the net by a guy called jedisb - but had no luck in getting it to work.

It refers to a file "ashQuick.exe" which I have searched for and not found. The nearest is the ashQick icon.

task schedular modifier? you can prevent it loading at start up by removing it from the list go start run msconfig and the lists are there
