MDF and MDS files i have used daemon i have tried using other programs but nothing HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!?

when i installed daemon i got avast telling me i had adware coming up, so what do i do how do i extract these files, or extract them onto a dvd disc? im just after a free program to do it not a free trial or one i have to pay for cause im only doing these 2 files, dont think ill get them again there annoying me already lol

Virtual Daemon/Daemon Tools should work fine, you need to mount the disc image and this includes those files. Right click on the icon in the bottom disc tray, go to a drive, click on mount image and find the mds or mdf files. I think mds is what you need. That should be it.
